Himalayan Chai Tea




Ingredients
1/2 cup soymilk
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup water
little sugar,honey or maple syrup
2 black tea bags (or equivalent leaves)

Place water, cinnamon, cardamom and bring to a boil. Add soymilk and return to boil. Add teabags (or equivalent tea leaves), remove from heat and cover. Let steep for 5 minutes and strain,add sugar or honey
